Croudace Homes

North Benfleet Hall

Welcome

Croudace Homes, a leading housing, infrastructure and community developer is engaging on future plans for Land at North Benfleet Road. These plans could bring forward up to 1,500 sustainable new homes, new community facilities and infrastructure. We have reduced the number of homes planned for the site, following public feedback.

This website showcases the emerging plans for area alongside the latest developments.

These plans will prioritise homes for local people through a period of marketing only in the Basildon area.
A new "through-school", shops & services
A new "through-school" and shops / services.
Transport, Access & Connectivity
Our proposals will prioritise walking and cycling, with local services that are easily accessible, reducing the need to travel by car for trips that can be made locally.
Green open space & Biodiversity
Central to our plans is a new country park - about the size of 74 football pitches. This will be in addition to 7 play parks and sports facilities.
Stronger Communities, Brighter Futures
As well as providing homes for people in need, it is important to us that we invest locally by providing jobs, services and lasting infrastructure.
